Clifford Anderson Age 93 a Milford resident passed a way at his home on March 7, 2018. Cliff was a World War II Veteran and served in the Pacific theater. He was an original member the American Legion Post 365 in Fairview New Jersey. He was the Music Director and Drum Major of Post 365. Cliff was the only member of Mountain Laurel Post 8612 to hold the title of Commander 5 times. He was also the post bugler. 

Cliff attended Patterson State Teachers College, Stevens Institute of Technology, New College of Engineering and American Management Assoc School. 

 

He is the son of late Herman Julius and Katherine (Prohl) Anderson. He was born January 8, 1925 in Hoboken, NJ. He was Married to Mary P Anderson and had 4 children. Clifford, Christopher, Mary Beth, and Helen Jean. He also had a sister Ruth, Cliff was a grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 7 great grand children.

 

Cliff is buried with his wife in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington Va.
